The role
General Virtual Assistant.
As a Novaris XP VA, you are the backbone of a home service business. You handle scheduling, appointments, admin, customer service, and the day-to-day work that keeps the operation running. Whatever the client needs, you own it.
We match you with a client whose needs fit your skills. The client walks you through their specific processes and tools. Because you already have experience, that onboarding is a refresher, not training from scratch.

What we look for
More than a warm seat.
We do not hire newbies. Every Novaris XP VA is a pre-vetted, experienced professional who already knows the work. We match you with a client, and the client walks you through their specific processes and tools. Because you already have experience, that onboarding is a refresher, not training from scratch.
We look for people who communicate clearly in English, show up reliably, and take ownership of the work. The specific trade, whether HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping, matters less than your professionalism. You bring the experience and the work ethic. The client brings the playbook for their business.
The basics
- Strong written and spoken English
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Available during your client's business hours
- At least 1 year of experience in home service
- Comfortable with scheduling, CRM, and communication tools
- Detail-oriented and accountable for your work
