Question 1

What makes Novaris XP virtual assistants different from typical VAs?

Accepted Answer

Typical VA platforms hand you a freelancer and leave you to train them. Novaris XP is an agency, not a marketplace. Every virtual assistant is trained for home service operations, given a written playbook for your workflows, and measured on outcomes like calls answered and jobs booked, not hours logged. You get a managed system, not a warm seat.

Question 2

Why should I hire a VA through an agency instead of a freelance platform?

Accepted Answer

An agency handles recruiting, training, quality control, and backup coverage. With a freelance platform, you own all of that yourself and you carry the risk when a freelancer goes quiet. Novaris XP owns the system so you can focus on running your business instead of managing a contractor.

Question 3

How much does a virtual assistant cost through Novaris XP?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on whether you need part-time or full-time support and which roles you are filling. We share transparent pricing on your discovery call after we understand your operation. We are not the cheapest option on the market, and we do not try to be. You are paying for trained, managed talent that actually protects your revenue.

Question 4

What industries does Novaris XP serve?

Accepted Answer

We specialize in home service businesses: HVAC, roofing, plumbing, lawn care, pressure washing, electrical, and pest control. If you run trucks and answer phones, we can build the right support system for you.

Question 5

How fast can I get a virtual assistant?

Accepted Answer

After your discovery call, we typically introduce a matched, trained VA within a few days. We build your playbook first so the VA is productive from week one, not learning your business on your dime.

Question 6

Are your virtual assistants based in the Philippines?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Novaris XP virtual assistants are Philippine-based. The talent is exceptional, English is strong, and the time zone covers North American business hours so your phones get answered when your customers call.

Question 7

Do you offer a trial or a long-term commitment?

Accepted Answer

We start with a discovery call, not a contract. If we are a fit, we build your playbook and introduce a VA. If the match is not right, we address it. We would rather earn your retention than lock you in.
